Cavallino Refund Policy

 

Cavallino Magazine:

If not pleased with your subscription of Cavallino magazine, we will refund the unused portion of your subscription.
​Products: If not pleased with the product received, please return for a full refund.

 

The Classic

All sales are finals. Tickets are non refundable. 
 
Lost / Stolen Tickets:
PBCC will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, forgotten or damaged tickets. We do not issue replacement tickets or provide refunds for lost or stolen tickets.
 
Medical Emergencies:
Ticket(s) are nonrefundable.
Tickets can only be transfered to a new ticket owner for the same event, provided that the Cavallino office is notified of the change by one week before the event. 


Ticket Upgrades:
Should you select to upgrade your ticket(s), you will need to contact the Cavallino office first at  +1 (561) 994-1345 or email customercare@cavallino.com. If the upgrade is approved, the customer must purchase the higher priced ticket(s) first and then the Cavallino office will provide a refund in the amount of the original purchase minus a 3% transaction fee. An example of an upgrade would be General Admission to Cavallino VIP ticket or greater.
